1. What We Collect

When you make a purchase, we collect the email address and phone number you provide at checkout. We use these to fulfil your order and send your download link. We do not create user accounts; there is no profile or password associated with a buyer.

2. Payment Data

Card details, UPI credentials, and bank information are handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your payment credentials. We retain the Razorpay order ID and payment ID for reconciliation purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Deliver your download link via email.
• Respond to support requests.
• Maintain financial records as required by law.
• Detect and prevent fraud.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfil your order.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for database storage and Razorpay for payment processing. Both services maintain their own privacy policies and security standards. Artist payout details are stored separately and are never visible to buyers.

5. Data Retention

Purchase records (email, amount, download token) are retained for three years for accounting and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
