1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Spinmarket ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and anyone else who accesses the Platform.
2. What Spinmarket Is
Spinmarket is a digital marketplace where independent artists sell private music releases (remixes, sets, bundles) to professional DJs and music buyers. We facilitate the transaction; the content is owned by the respective artists.
3. Purchases
All purchases are one-time transactions for a digital licence. There are no recurring subscriptions. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The price shown at checkout is the final price; it is set by us on a per-release basis and is not negotiable at the point of purchase.
4. Licence & Permitted Use
Purchasing a release grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal and professional DJ use. You may play the file in live DJ sets. You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload, or broadcast the file without separate written permission from the artist. All intellectual property remains with the original artist.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. All pricing is server-authoritative; amounts displayed in the browser are informational and the actual charge is confirmed server-side before payment is processed.
6. Refunds
Digital goods are non-refundable once the download link is delivered, except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to a specific purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
