Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy

All products sold on Spinmarket are digital downloads. Once payment is confirmed and a download link is delivered to your email, the sale is considered complete and is not eligible for cancellation or refund under ordinary circumstances.

This policy exists because digital files cannot be "returned" in the way physical goods can. We apply it fairly and consider genuine cases individually.

2. When a Refund Is Granted

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • The download link does not function and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours of your report.
  • Payment was charged but no download link was delivered and we cannot confirm a valid purchase in our records.
  • You were charged twice for the same release (duplicate transaction error).
  • A technical failure on our platform directly prevented access to the file.

3. When a Refund Is Not Granted

  • Change of mind after the download link is accessed.
  • Incompatibility with your software or equipment (audio formats are standard; verify compatibility before purchase).
  • You shared your download link and it was used by someone else.
  • The release was a limited-edition run and copies have since sold out.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase via WhatsApp at +91 93536 61627. Include the email address used at checkout and a brief description of the issue. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days. Processing time after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
