1. No Physical Shipping

Spinmarket sells digital music files exclusively. We do not ship any physical goods. There are no packaging, handling, or shipping charges.

2. Digital Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, a secure download link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant and in most cases arrives within a few minutes of payment confirmation.

If you do not receive the link within 15 minutes, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

3. Download Link Access

Download links are generated server-side and are valid for a limited time per use. If your link expires before you complete the download, return to the success page you received after purchase to generate a new link, or contact us for assistance.

4. Geographic Availability

Spinmarket is accessible worldwide. Since delivery is electronic, there are no geographic restrictions on receiving your purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR); your card issuer may apply a foreign currency conversion fee if you are purchasing from outside India.

5. Delivery Issues

If your download link is broken, expired, or you did not receive a delivery email at all, contact us within 24 hours of your purchase via WhatsApp at +91 93536 61627. Include the email address used at checkout. We will resolve the issue or issue a full refund per our Refund Policy.
